Wilson’s Garden Center – Display Gardens
Wilson’s Display Gardens were started in 1986 as a labor of love for the community. The purpose of the gardens is to demonstrate what plants can grow well in Central Ohio. We use it as a testing ground for new varieties so that we can choose what are the best plants to grow for you. The plants are labeled for your convenience and understanding. The gardens are an educational tool for both our staff and our customers. We added concrete walks in the late 90’s that allows you to walk through the gardens without getting your feet muddy. It is handicapped accessible and a destination for garden lovers in summer and fall. The gardens are open during store hours and free to the public. Come and enjoy a quiet interlude at Wilson’s.
